In Madhya Pradesh, the Samagra ID is a unique nine-digit number issued to residents through the Samagra Portal, making it easier for them to access various government services and welfare benefits. This nine-digit identifier allows citizens to quickly and directly avail essential services such as education, healthcare, food assistance, and other state-run schemes provided via the Samagra Portal.

Residents of Madhya Pradesh can apply for a Samagra ID online by following the steps given below:

Step 1: Open the Official Samagra Portal: Visit samagra.gov.in to begin the application process.

Step 2: Register Your Family/Member on Samagra: Click on the “Register Family” option available on the homepage. Enter the Aadhaar-linked mobile number of the family head and verify it by entering the OTP received on the registered mobile number.

Step 3: Complete the Registration Form: Enter the required details of the family head, upload the necessary documents, and verify the new family registration by entering the OTP sent to your registered mobile number.

Step 4: Add Family Members: If needed, you can add each family member separately using the “Register Member” option.

Step 5: Submit the Application: Review all entered details, fill in the captcha, and submit your application for further processing.

After submitting the details of the family head, you will receive a temporary Samagra ID.

Print this acknowledgement, attach the Aadhaar cards of all family members, and submit the documents at your nearest Gram Panchayat or Urban Local Body office for verification.

To download or print your Samagra ID, follow these steps:

Step 1: Open the Official Samagra Portal: Visit the official Samagra Portal.

Step 2: Go to the Registration Section Click: on “Print Samagra Family Card” or “Print Samagra Member Card” under the ‘Register Family/Member in Samagra’ section.

Step 3: Enter Your ID Details: On the next page, enter your Samagra Family ID or Member ID, and then select the option to print your card.
